– No Smoking: For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, we have a strict no-smoking policy throughout the premises.
– Maximum Guests: Our villa can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests, ensuring a cozy and enjoyable experience for everyone.
– Minimum Age of Primary Renter: The primary renter should be at least 21 years old.

What is the cancellation policy in case I need to cancel my reservation?
We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 60 days before check-in, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount payable. For cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in, we offer a 50% refund (minus the service fee). Unfortunately, if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in, no refund is available. Do you you allow pets in your villa?
As much as we adore our furry friends, we do not allow pets in our villa. We want to ensure a comfortable and allergy-free environment for all guests.
Is your property suitable for families with children?
Absolutely! We love hosting families with children. Our villa is child-friendly, but please keep in mind that there is apool. We recommend supervising little ones to ensure their safety.
What are the check-in and check-out procedures?
We have made check-in and check-out procedures easy and convenient, focusing on a contactless experience. You can check in anytime between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Our team is available to provide any assistance or answer any questions you may have during your stay. We want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive until the time you depart.
